November General Meeting [LM]

If, during the course of the General Meeting, members decide that they would like to refer a complicated proposal (or one with too many amendments to consider all at once), it may opt to 'send it to workshop' for further discussion.
Those proposals will appear in this space so that interested members (and often the proposal's author) may clarify the intent of the proposal and possibly 'combine' any amendments into a single text that can be offered back to the meeting for consideration.
